Frequently Asked Questions

Everything about our US & UK local warehouse & shipping

Q1. Where is the exact location of your warehouse? Can I visit it or pick up a parcel there by myself?

Our US and UK warehouses are third-party fulfillment centers rather than company-owned facilities, so we are unable to offer on-site visits, self-pickup, or direct returns at that location. All orders are shipped out and handled through our online system.

Q2. Why hasn't my order status been updated promptly?

Because local stock is limited, some items may temporarily go out of stock. Our team restocks and ships your order as soon as the goods arrive at the local warehouse — thank you for your patience.

Q3. Why am I charged an extra shipping fee?

We rent a local third-party warehouse, which carries ongoing storage costs. Express shipments over $10 from China are expensive, while the local warehouse adds only a modest surcharge in exchange for fast, duty-free delivery.

Q4. What happens if my order includes out-of-stock items?

In-stock items are shipped first. For any backordered items you can choose: (1) we ship them separately from China via airmail at no extra cost; (2) we consolidate them with your next order; or (3) you request full-order batching and wait until everything is ready.

Q5. How do you calculate shipping fees if I select local warehouse delivery via USPS?

The fee combines our bulk freight to the local warehouse plus the USPS charge. Our long-term logistics partnerships keep rates competitive. For heavier shipments, FedEx/DHL options may actually cost less — feel free to compare.
