1. Defective Products

If you receive defective items, we will replace them with the same products or issue a refund.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

2. Non-Defective Products (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return items for personal reasons (not due to any error on our part), you may do so within 14 days of order arrival.

Please note:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable taxes.
We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returns.

3. Refund Method

We offer two refund options:

Store Credit – The corresponding amount will be credited to your Doreenbeads account for use on a future order.

Refund to Original Payment Method – If you prefer this option, we will process the refund within 48 hours. The funds will be returned to your original payment account.

4. Non-Refundable Shipping Fee

The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

If your order is still in processing status and has not yet been shipped, you may contact us directly to cancel the order and request a full refund.

6. Terms and Conditions
