Most of non-back-ordered products are in sufficient inventory, so we can ship them out in time, but there may also be cases that some products are soaring and the replenishment is not timely, so some delay may happen. In order to protect your the rights and interests, for non-back-ordered products purchased but not shipped in time, you can apply for point compensation.

Objects:

Non-back-ordered products.

Compensation standard:

Non-back-ordered Products that are not shipped out within 7 workdays after payment can be compensated with points.

Objects:

One pack product will be compensated for 2 points, and an order can be compensated for up to 100 points.

For example: if 20 packs of products are delayed, you will get 40 points, which is equivalent to US $2 .

100 POINTS = 3 USD Check your reward points
 

Not within the scope of compensation:

  • If the order contains back-order products and in order to allow customers to receive the package together with a faster shipping method, generally, the order will be sent together after all the goods are in stock. Such a situation does not belong to the scope of compensation. If the customer have requests, we will first ship some products according to the customer's requirements.
  • The situation that the customer requires to wait .
  • Logistics problems, such as the suspension of logistics due to external forces.
  • The delay caused by the need to confirm the transportation method of the special items or the need to confirm the delivery address or some contact needs about engraving products and special repacking demands.

Claim conditions:

Please contact customer service to provide the Order Number, Part No. and quantity of products when you encounter delay of back-ordered products. After verification, the customer service will arrange to send the compensation points to your account.
